4 oz Vanilla wafers 30=4oz
2 cup Confectioners sugar
2 tbl Cocoa powder
1 cup Nuts finely chopped
3 tbl Karo light syrup
Instructions:
Instructions: Roll or food process wafers until they are fine. Add and mix sugar, cocoa and nuts. Add Karo and the Whiskey or Rum (*I prefer Meyers Dark Rum). Form into balls (they will be STICKY!), roll in powdered sugar. Do NOT bake. Can be put in glass covered container and kept in refrigerator.

TIP: I store these and Little Fruitcakes in Tupperware Pie Keeper, with layer of waxed paper on bottom. The booze will get in plastic but will air out well! Refrigeration will keep these nice for a good month. Better if

"aged" a bit before eating!
