Recipe for Bourbon Carrot Cake with Bourbon Glaze

2/3 cup	oil
1 cup	sugar

1 cup	flour
1 tsp	baking powder
1 tsp	baking soda
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	cinnamon
1/4 tsp	nutmeg
	----------------- Add and mix well: ----------------
3 tbl	Bourbon
1/2 cup	grated carrots

Instructions:

Instructions: Pour into greased and floured 9x9-inch cake pan. Bake at 325 F for 40 minutes. Cool in pan.

Bourbon glaze
1 C powdered sugar
2 Tbl hot water
1 Tbl Bourbon

Blend together and spread over cooled cake.
