Instructions: Combine crushed wafers and bourbon; mix until crumbs are moistened. Melt chocolate. Add condensed milk and stir just to blend. Slowly stir chocolate mixture into crumb mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in milk chocolate or walnuts. Let stand until cool.
