Instructions: Combine the bourbon, sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Brush salmon with a thin coating of the glaze and place on grill. Continue to baste when turning chicken.

NOTES : The bourbon glaze can also makes a fantastic marinade for chicken.
