2 tbl butter
10 lrg fresh shrimp (15 to 21 count), peeled and deveined
2 tbl bourbon whiskey, warmed
1/2 cup whipping cream, (1/2 to 3/4)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large saute pan, melt the butter and saute the shrimp on medium-high heat for 2 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink. Add the whiskey and flambe.

Add the cream and reduce until just slightly thick. Add the salt and black pepper. Serve immediately with the toast points.

YIELD: 4 APPETIZER SERVINGS
