Ingredients:

1 x 9" pie shell or
crust
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter melted
filling
1 lrg egg separated
1/4 tbl sugar
3 tbl bourbon
3/4 cup pecans chopped coarsely
1/2 pt heavy cream whipped
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: CRUST-Mix all, put in pan and bake at 325 for 6 to 8 minutes. Chill before filling.

FILLING-Beat white and beat yolk for 1 minute. Combine. Add sugar, bourbon and pecans. Fold in cream and vanilla. Pour in shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Freeze and serve frozen.
