Instructions: In a double boiler, put butter and marshmallows (save a few for decoration). Cook until marshmallows dissolve and mixture is sticky and gooey.

Drain sweet potatoes, put in mixing bowl and beat well with marshmallow mixture and bourbon.

Dot with marshmallows, then bake in 350-degree oven until hot.
