4 x potatoes quartered
2 x carrots cut 3" pieces
2 x celery stalks cut 1" pieces
4 lb rolled roast - (to 5 lbs)
1 x bay leaf
1/2 tsp basil
4 oz bourbon
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all in crockpot in the order listed. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hours.
