1 x (12-ounce) package dry bow tie (farfalle) pasta
1 tbl olive oil
2 x cloves garlic, minced
4 x precooked pesto smoked chicken and turkey sausages (Cantella brand, Reames
also
likes chicken artichoke sausages, or use precooked sausages of your choice),
thinly
sliced (16 ounces)
1 x 12- or (14-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drain, reserving liquid,
slice into strips
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet and saute garlic for 1 minute.

Add sausage, red pepper strips and 1 tablespoon liquid from red peppers (more if you prefer), stirring until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Drain cooked pasta, toss with sausage mixture and garnish with parmesan cheese.
