Instructions: MAKES 4 SERVINGS. VEGAN
This dish derives its flavors from olives, capers and a dressing made with balsamic vinegar. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Plunge into cold water to stop cooking. Add 1/4 cup of dressing; toss well. Add black beans, bell pepper, olives and capers. Before serving, stir in remaining dressing to taste. Add salt and sprinkle with chili oil if desired.
