Instructions: In crockpot, combine stock, turkey, tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, rice, parsley, and thyme. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until veggies are tender and soup is bubbling. Add corn; cover and cook on high 20 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
