Instructions: In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in bowling water; stir in apple sauce until well blended. Stir in Boysenberries.
Pour into parfait glasses. Refrigerate until firm. To serve, alternately spoon layers of gelatin and yogurt into parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish with yogurt and fresh Boysenberries. Notes: Pantry: Motts Natural or Chunky Apple Sauce. Use any glass with a stem or a clear tumbler to serve this colorful, low calorie parfait. Top with yogurt and fresh Boysenberries.
