Prep Time: about 15 min Cooking Time: about 10 in Note 1: stack leaves and slice crosswise into 1/2" wide strips (10 C) In large skillet, bring broth and garlic to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 4 - 5 min, or until garlic is tender. Add lettuce, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over med-high heat, stirring often, 4 - 6 min, or until wilted and tender.
