1/2 pkt active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cup Bran Buds or 100% Bran
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar
2 stk margarine, softened
1 tsp salt
2 x eggs
4 cup flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Add yeast to warm water and set aside. Add Bran Buds to hot water and set aside.

In large mixing bowl, cream together sugar, margarine and salt. Add eggs and mix well. Add the yeast and bran mixtures and mix well. Add 4 cups flour, stirring well, and then add remaining flour and mix thoroughly.

Put into large bowl: cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.

Put on floured board and knead well. Make into rolls or loaves.

Makes 3
loaves. Cover and let rise. Bake loaves for 35 minutes at 350 degrees and bake rolls for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
