1/2 cup Flour, all-purpose
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 cup Margarine
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Egg beaters 99% egg substitute
1/3 cup Nonfat sour cream
1/3 cup Skim milk
1/2 cup Wheat bran
1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
2 tbl Margarine, melted
1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, beat the margarine, sugar and vanilla until combined. Add egg and beat well. Beat in sour cream. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg; beat just until combined. Pour batter into a 9-inch square baking pan.

Combine bran, brown sugar and remaining ingredients; Mix well. Sprinkle bran topping over cake batter. Bake in a 375F oven for 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
