Instructions: Combine 1/2 C cranberries, apricots, sugar, wine & water in pan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat & simmer 5 min. Remove from heat and let stand about 10 min. Transfer to clean 1 qt container. Add zest, brandy and remaining cranberries. Cover tightly anad shakae. Add fresh berries & sugar if desired. Let stand in cool, dark place for 2-3 weeks before serving.
