Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x center-cut pork steak, cut 1-inch tick
(about 1 1/2 pounds)
1/3 cup apple brandy
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbl prepared sharp mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Trim excess fat from steak; score remaining fat at 1-inch intervals. Pour brandy over steak in a glass utility dish and allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Remove steak and reserve brandy.

Build a medium fire, or set electric or gas grill to medium, following manufacturers directions. Grill steak, turning once, 15 minutes.

While steak grills, combine reserved brandy, brown sugar, mustard and pumpkin pie spice in a small metal saucepan with flameproof handle. Heat on grill, stirring several times, until bubbly-hot.

Baste steak with brown sugar mixture; grill 5 minutes, turn and baste again; grill 5 minutes longer, or until well glazed. Serve with baked sweet potatoes if you wish.
