Recipe for Brandon Cruzs Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 x	Onion, chopped
2 x	Cloves garlic, chopped
9 med	Romano tomatoes, chopped
1 can	Tomatoe sauce
1 cup	Pine nuts lightly toasted
1/2 lb	Brie cheese, de-skinned
1/2 cup	Red wine
1/4 tsp	Rosemary
1 tbl	Olive oil
6 cup	Bow tie pasta

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine onion, garlic, tomatoes, wine, oil and rosemary in sauce pan.

Simmer. Boil pasta. Pour sauce on pasta and garnish with crumbled Brie and pine nuts. Yummy.
