Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cookie crumbs, 2 T. sugar, and 1/4 cup margarine and pat in bottom of 9 or 10" springform pan. Combine cream cheese, 1 - 1/4 cup sugar, eggs, brandy, and creme de cocoa and pour in crust. Bake 1 hour. Turn off oven and open door part way. Leave cake in pan and pan in oven 1 - 1/2 hour to cool. Center will become firm. When cake is cooled, prepare topping. Melt chocolate. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Stir in sour cream. Spread over cooled cheesecake.
NOTES : I worked with Rosemary when I was a staff nurse on the floors. Bill always said if something happened to me, Rosemary would be his next choice.
