1/2 cup pumpkin puree homemade or canned
2 x eggs lightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar at least part brown
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1 cup unsweetened condensed milk
1 tbl rum brandy, or orange liqueur
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat Oven to 425 Degrees.

Make pie dough for a single crust pie, or buy a prepared crust. I prefer Pillsbury pie crust in a box that you roll out.

Mix together all ingredients. Fill crust with pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle a bit of nutmeg on top of pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. (At this point you may add cut out dough leaves to decorate the top of the pie.) Reduce heat down to 375 and check pie after 30 minutes. Pie is done when a toothpick inserted in thickest part of the pie comes out clean. Let cool before serving.

Embellish with vanilla ice cream and cool whip when serving.
