Instructions: Melt butter, syrup, sugar.
Stir in other ingredients, except cream, mix well. Drop small teaspoonfuls onto greased tin about 4 inches apart. Bake in oven, 350 F (177 C), 8 - 10 minutes. Cool for 1 minute, roll round handle of a wooden spoon. Whip cream, pipe into ends of brandy rolls. NOTES : Brandy rolls are a delightful, crisp and chewy treat and not served nearly as often as they deserve. A perfect way to appeal to that Scottish sweet tooth! Email this Recipe:
