1 pkt yellow cake mix
4 lrg eggs
1/2 oz brandy*
1 pkt vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup walnuts chopped
----------------- Glaze ----------------
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brandy*
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 F. Prepare bundt or tube pan: spray with non-stick vegetable spray and coat thoroughly with sugar. Set aside.

Combine all cake ingredients and blend well.

Pour batter into prepared pan, being careful to not touch bottom or sides of pan as you spread batter.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until pick comes out clean.

Melt glaze ingredients together in small sauce pan. Pour 2/3 of glaze over top[ of cake while cake is hot from the oven and in the pan.

Allow to remain in pan to cool for 25 minutes. Remove from pan and drizzle with remaining glaze.

Serving Ideas : Serve with dollop of whipped cream, if desired.

NOTES : Tested recipe.

For non-alcoholic version: mix 2 tablespoons brandy flavoring in 3 ounces water - use 1/4 cup for glaze and the rest for cake.
