Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
4 cup	Dry bread cubes
1 cup	Chopped celery
	Onion chopped
2 tbl	Chopped parsley
	Clove garlic minced
1 cup	Hot water or turkey broth
1/4 tsp	Black pepper
3/4 tsp	Ground sage
1/4 tsp	Dried marjoram

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix well. Stuff into a 10-pound turkey or four Cornish game hens.

Note: may also be baked at 350 degrees in a lightly oiled casserole dish for 30 to 40 minutes.
