Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup hot water
1 pkt yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve sugar, salt & oil in hot water. Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Mix all ingredients and let rise to double.

Punch down the dough and then knead it for a few minutes. Let rise again until doubled.

Shape into loafs and bake at 425 F until lightly golden brown.

Variations:
* add your favorite herbs and spices to the flour (eg. garlic, dill, etc...)
