1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp curry powder (1 to 2)
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
12 x chicken drumsticks skinned 3 pounds
1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first eight ingredients in a dish. Dip chicken in milk. Coat with crumb mixture and place in a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Coat chicken with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

Serves 4 to 6.
