Recipe for Breaded Herbed Fish Fillets

1/2 cup	fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup	all-purpose flour
2 tsp	chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1 tsp	dried onion flakes
1 tsp	paprika
1 tsp	dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp	dried whole dillweed
1/2 tsp	dried whole thyme
1/4 tsp	garlic powder
4 x	4 ounce farm-raised catfish fillets

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine first 9 ingredients in a shallow dish. Coat fillets with cooking spray; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
