8 oz reduced-fat turkey sausage
1 x Italian bread shell - (16 oz)
1 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 oz)
1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese - (4 oz)
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell; sprinkle with cheeses.

Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
