Instructions: Melt butter. Add sugar, pudding, and milk. Put nuts in bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Cut one loaf of bread in small pieces and place in pan on top of nuts. Pour brown sugar mixture over. Use second loaf, cut into small pieces, over top. Allow to rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Invert. Cinnamon and raisins sprinkled through bread pieces before baking.
