1/2 cup silken tofu drained
2 x pitted soft dates or 1 tablespoon honey or a natural sweetener
1 tbl tahini (optional)
1 med banana peeled, cut into
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the apple juice, tofu, and dates in a blender. Add the tahini, if using, and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add the banana and blend until thick and creamy, about 30 seconds. To serve, pour into a large glass.
