1/2 cup Orange juice
1 x Banana

7 x Frozen strawberries
4 x -(up to)
5 slc Frozen peaches
5 x -(up to)
6 x Frozen blueberries
6 x -(up to)
7 x Ice cubes
Fresh mint (optional)
1 dsh Nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: We have been trying to eat more fruit (got to get those 5 servings!) and here is one way we have come up with.

Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Puree until smooth.

Add ice, and puree again. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish the some fresh mint.

Serves 2 or 3.
