1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
9 x eggs ( slightly beaten)
3 cup milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
3 slc bread (white or wheat) broken into
about 1/4 inch pieces
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown the crumbled sausage meat in skillet. Drain on paper towels.

Mix the eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese. Pour the mixture into a 9 X 13 inch pan and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I like to serve this with a fresh fruit salad and warm muffins.

Having company and need a larger casserole, no problem.

2 lbs. sausage
12 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
5 slices bread
2 cups cheddar cheese

Use 15 inch pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set in middle.
