1 whl flour tortilla
2 oz turkey shredded
1 tbl chopped red bell pepper
1 tbl chopped onion
1 tbl lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions:
Instructions: Top one 8" wheat flour tortilla with 2 oz shredded turkey and 1 T each chopped red bell pepper and onion. sprinkle with 1 T shredded low fat Cheddar cheese and cumin to taste. Broil 3 - 5 min until warm and fold in half.
