1 can diced green chiles (4 oz) or 2 fresh jalapenos, diced
1/2 x green bell pepper chopped
1/2 x red bell pepper chopped
1/2 x yellow bell pepper chopped
1 tbl sugar
1 tbl olive oil
1 tbl wine vinegar
1 tbl fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Serve warm or chilled.
