450 gm Broad Beans
570 ml Vegetable Stock
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cornflour
1/2 tbl Water
1/4 pt Cream
45 gm Butter
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Simmer beans and stock for 18 minutes with sugar.

2. Puree and pass back into the pan.

3. Moisten the cornflour with the water and the cream.

4. Bring back to the boil.

5. Add the butter and blitz with a hand blender.
