Description: Large, about 1 1/4 inches long, oval-shaped, thicker at the bottom end. Where the ridge is split , there is a dark line. the color is light brown. Characteristics: Creamy texture, nutty flavor. Availability: The dried variety is available whole in skins or peeled and split and somewhat smaller in size.
