Instructions: Steam the vegetable until tender

Cut sprouts in half. Make flowerette out of the broccoli.

Spray a frying pan with butter flavor spray (not a lot of it. Ive also used the Fleichmanns butter flavor stuff), add garlic, chopped red bell pepper, & black pepper. Get it hot & add vegetables stir to coat, & singe them. I like it.
