Recipe for Broccoli Casserole Diane

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 pkt	Frozen broccoli, thawed
1 x	Egg
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/4 tsp	Black pepper
1/4 cup	Onion, chopped
	Other seasonings (garlic, etc.) to taste
1 can	(small) creamed corn
1/2 stk	butter or margarine

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat egg with seasonings. Add broccoli, corn and 1/2 cup dressing; mix well. Place in a casserole. Melt butter and add 1/2 cup dressing. Mix well to moisten dressing. Place on top of broccoli mixture in casserole. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes until topping is brown and casserole is heated through.

Serves 4.
