Instructions: Sweat garlic and white onion in oil for 1 minute. Add broccoli, carrot, apple, green onion and saute 1-2 minutes.
Add chicken stock and wine bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes. Puree the soup in food processor or blender until all is pureed. Return back to pot. Season with cayenne pepper, salt & cream. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Serve in bowls garnished with tarragon. Email this Recipe:
