2 box	Cornbread Mix, Jiffy
4 x	Eggs
1 x	Onion, chopped
1 cup	Cottage Cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Put cornbread mix from box (do not mix as directions on box).

Grease a 9x13 pan.

Bake at 400 degrees until brown, about 30 to 40 minutes. Watch carefully - do not over bake.
