Sunflower oil for deep frying
1 med Head broccoli
2 x Eggs
125 gm Plain flour
175 ml Milk
Salt and pepper
150 ml Greek yoghurt
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Heat a medium pan a third full of sunflower oil then break the broccoli into florets.

2 To make the batter: Whisk together the eggs, flour, milk and seasoning until smooth. Dip the florets in the batter and fry until golden.

3 For the dip: Pour the yoghurt into a bowl and stir through the mint.
