Instructions: Get a wok hot and heat the oil in it.
Add the mustard and when it starts to pop and splutter add the garlic ginger and broccoli. Fry for 5 minutes over a high heat stirring constantly. Add the garam masala season. Stir the whole lot round pour in a wineglass of water and cover with a lid. Simmer for a couple of minutes.
