1 x (10 oz) pkg.-frozen broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttered breadcrumbs

Combine all ingredients except croutons and place in a casserole dish. Spread breadcrumbs. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or until browned and bubbly.
