Instructions: Trim off large leaves of broccoli. Remove tough ends of lower stalks; was broccoli thoroughly. Cut flowerets from stems, and cut stems into 1 inch pieces.
Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain and cool. Combine broccoli and remaining ingredients; toss gently. Chill 2 hours. Yield: 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
