Instructions: 1. In a large frying pan, with heatproof handle, heat the oil over medium heat.
2. Saute the onions in the oil for 5 minutes, or until soft. 3. Add the brocoli and herbs, saute for a few minutes. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese.
