2 tbl olive oil
2 x garlic cloves pressed
1/4 tsp crushed red-pepper flakes
2 lb broccoli rabe or broccoli cut florets, and
stems peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces
1/4 cup water
2 tbl fresh lemon juice
2 tsp grated lemon zest
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large, deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and pepper flakes; saute 30 seconds. Add broccoli rabe, water, lemon juice and lemon zest; mix well.

Cover skillet and cook over medium heat 8 minutes, until broccoli rabe is crisp-tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Transfer broccoli to a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
