1 cup fresh basil leaves - (tightly packed)
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup freshly-grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1/2 cup broccoli florets - (tightly packed)
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1/4 cup chicken stock
6 x garlic cloves chopped
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth paste.

This recipe yields about 2 cups.

Yield: 2 cups
