Instructions: Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix with soups, cheese, broccoli and 1 cup of the rice. Grease a large casserole dish and line with remaining rice. Add broccoli mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Makes 6-8 servings. Note: If you want to make this into a main dish, mix in 2 to 3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey. Email this Recipe:
