Instructions: * To make the recipe easier and quicker, I microwave my bacon
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Chop onion. Add cheese. Crumble bacon into bite size pieces. Add Pine nuts. As I make the dressing I do not follow the recipe as it was given to me. I go strictly by taste. The original amount of sugar was way too much, and not enough vinegar. So go by how you would like it to taste. I usually start with about a tsp. of sugar and go from there. Then add vinegar to taste and to thin out the dressing. This is a great salad and can be made up to a day ahead and still be awesome, or eat it right away. The Pine nuts add a great contrast in crunchiness. Always a big hit. Email this Recipe:
