2 stalk	broccoli, crown part cut in bite-size
	pieces
2 tbl	red onion chopped small
1/2 cup	sunflower seeds
1/2 cup	raisins
1 can	spam cut in small pieces
	& fried in a little oil & brown sugar,
	drained
	----------------- dressing ----------------
2 tbl	mayonnaise
1/4 cup	milk
1 tbl	sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Toss salad together.

Before serving add dressing.

Dressing: Mix all ingredients together.
