Instructions: Cut brocolli into flourets.
Plunge broccoli into a large pot of boiling water and cook until tender and bright green. Drain and run under cold water to cool and preserve colour. Drain well. Cut capsicum into thisn strips. Toss brocolli with capsicum, dressing and walnuts, heap into a salad bowl and serve. Dressing: Place all ingredients except walnut oil in a bowl and whisk well.Gradually whisk in walnut oil in a thin stream. Dressing should be creamy. Add finely chopped walnuts. Email this Recipe:
